why am I having severe pains in my leg?

well a few monts ago I had been in a drive by and got shot in my right leg it didnt hit the bone but left me with a hole about the size of a softball litterally and I had to have a skin graft put over the wound which healed it but still left a huge indent in my leg and the doctors told me now yhat since it was healed I wouldnt be having any pain because of it but lately the past couple of months I have been getting really bad pain in my leg to the point of me wanting to cry and it happens at any time and a have not told my doctor about it and my leg seems to twitch a lot and cramp up to .DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEA WHATS WRONG
