Money is usually the biggest issue. You’ll find that if you live to party - the new freedom kind of encourages that! - you’ll be broke a lot. Find a place you can easily afford to rent. It really helps if utilities are included in the rent. Ditch your cell phone and get a land line - much cheaper, especially since you will be making lots of long distance to Florida now. Ride a bicycle as much as possible, or take a bus instead of driving, if possible. It will all work out, if you want it to! Last, make sure that you and your brother are on the same page about guests, parties, and so on. You will be living as a family, and you will be the two who make all the decisions. Have fun!
