Don’t make yourself feel bad. You only live once, so just live as you want to leave but be as Healthy as you can! Anorexia isn’t healthy, and you are likely to GAIN weight because your body will go into Starvation mode and store anything you eat as fat. But..follow these steps!

1- Before I lost about 60 pounds, I drank -on a normal basis- about 4 cans of Diet Coke a day. Even if you are drinking Diet Soda, eliminate that salty product out of your Diet. Too much Salt can add weight. Drink Low-Fat or Skim Milk, or Water. If you drink Apple Juice, reduce your intake to 1 cup a day. Apple Juice is very sugary.

2- Don’t eat junk Food. Sugar and Fat adds up, and uses up useful calories. Wouldn’t you rather eat Healthier Foods that have protein that will maintain hunger? Sweets only help the Sweet Tooth. If you’re craving Sugar very badly…eat Fruit! Fruit has natural Sugar that is okay for you as long as you don’t go overboard. Vegetables are GREAT. Not sugary or Fatty, but loaded with Vitamins. If you start to lose weight however, help yourself to a Cookie or some Chips-Just fit the calories your eating into your schedule, and be careful with portions. Reduce your Calories by 500, but DO NOT go under 1200, or like I said, the body may store any food you ate as fat.

  1. Exercise is Key. The way to lose weight is to burn more then you’re eating. But this is not always necessary, as long as you are eating well. I recommend Dance Dance Revolution in the Winter-there is a Workout mode that estimates how many Calories you’re Burning. You have tons of fun too! I play this Game everyday and Burn about 500 calories on it. Don’t forget to lift Weights or do exercise building activities, because building muscles increases your Metabolism allowing you to burn a minimum of 50 calories MORE per day. When you exercise, you’ve got to push yourself hard, and keep a Motivation. Maybe if you get in 5 hours of Workouts in a week, you can buy yourself nice new clothes after you’ve lost some weight that week. Remember, at least an hour of exercise is Good, but if you are just starting to move around, start at 30 minutes and try to add about a few minutes a week. Good Luck!

You’re on your way to a healthier you. Acknowledging weight problem is the first step.

What really works for me is eating a lowfat diet if you look on the nutrition panel on the side of things you buy it will tell you the different kinds of fat . Don’t eat things with over 2 g of saturated fat or any other kind of fat. The fat that is the very first thing you will see on the box you don’t have to worry about just the ones from saturated fat and below if you look at a box of something you will see what I’m talking about. Don’t starve yourself it does not work. You will loose weight and then gain it all back when you eat something, if you eat right and work out you will keep it off.

Try to make a plan. And write it down, it has been proven that you will be more effective if you write it down. Try to eat healthier, don’t buy a lot of junk food and candy, it can be too tempting. You can also try this drink called Tava, they taste really good, but have no sugar, carbs, caffeine, calories, basically nothing. Try to do something physical at least 5 days in a week. When I was trying to get in shape for soccer, I rode 5 miles every day. Don’t be too excessive, and remember you don’t have to be really skinny, but eating healthy and working out can always help.
