Would starving myself help me lose weight?

I am 17 years old and I way more than 150 pounds! I have been trying to lose weight for the longest time. I have planned to eat only fruits and veggies but I am still hungry. I go to the gym, ride my bike and diet. What can I do? I need help. When I don’t eat, I throw up, and I HATE that. If I starved myelf, would that help me lose weight?

Answer #1

Nope. Starving yourself would atcually make you gain weight. Google it,its true. Your stomach actually expands in the long run. =]

Stay on your dieting routine, rule out sodas, andexsercize 30 minutes a day. then go up from there.

my friend sarah stopped eating meat, and she lost over 20 pounds, along with excersize and dieting. idunno if your interested in that,i mean,i know i perosnally love meat and wouldnt stop just to look like a super model, hah.

remember;;only you can change the way you look =]

Answer #2

No starving yourself causes some of your metabolic processes to shut down to prolong the functions of the vital organs. That just makes it harder to lose weight. Keep up with your current exercise and healthy diet regime. It will eventually give you the results you are looking for.
