To make your abs show, you have to lose fat. Otherwise you’ll have great abs hiding under a layer of flab.
Start running, biking, or swimming.
yeah everyone has pretty much got it, aside of it’s not entirely fat you’re trying to lose. It’s also excess water weight. So in order to get “washboard” abs there are a few things I’d do.
1st- start a cardio program daily, to keep the excess fat/water weight to a minimum
2nd- ab program, such as pulates, twists as mentioned above, and I personally use an incline with lighter dumbell’s on my chest and twist side to side like that. that will also trim down your obliques/ love handles.
3rd- Eating is a huge part of it too. If you intake now persay 4000 calories a day, try and count them down to 3000, and so on and so forth.
LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU START SEEING RESULTS/ my guess in about a week you’ll feel great and in 3 people will notice the difference, good luck
for me I do ab twist (sit-up posistion, thightening you abs, extending your arms out, and twisting from side to side - (3sets, 20reps), normal sit ups (3sets, 20reps), planks (3sets, 15secs each)… but besides from all these ab workouts, I include a cardio workout, to maintain my shape =)
