A question about my Parakeet?

Hi I put my male bird parakeet with my sisters female parakeet. And a Month later her bird layed a egg does any one know if it might be fertil? Some one who know a lot about Parakeets!! :)

for one thing for shure you have to keep the male and female together because the male cares the food and the only time the female leves is to get water.

I have a parakeet and it’s a female her mate which is a male died long time and now almost eeryday she lays an egg but I heard that it needs a male to fertilize it I don’t know but it’s getting onnoying it’s too much eggs

yea it should be just let it sit there and wait for a whie cause some times its just a period because birds have that
