Take her to a better doctor!!!they say it’s ok when they don’t know whats wrong.

get a second opinion! that sounds kinda unnatural to me. but ask for the second opinion and find out what they think first. tell them that you think its kinda unnatural and see what they think. xoxoTina

Yes, take her to another doctor. When hormones are left in a babies bodies - it’s present right after birth and for the first couple of months, it doesn’t just spring up 7 months later. That is something that needs to be checked out. Good luck.

no she doesnt breastfeed and thats what I thought that the hormones leave the body within a couple mths ..thank you for your reply ..am trying to get some input so I can get my daughter to take her elsewhere ,

This sounds like something called “premature adrenarche”, which is (as your doctor said) a hormone surge.

Your doctor should probably run some blood tests just to be sure, but if he’s right, then you really don’t have anything to worry about - the condition is not generally dangerous and doesn’t require any treatment.
