6 years diff in a relationship?

So I’m about to be 18 in July and my guy friend is 24(yikes Ik) but were not dating right now. I was just wanting to know if when I am 18 and if we start “talking” and all, is that a bad age difference?

It could be cause he could be at the stage of wanting to start a family and you’re just getting your life started and getting into college. I think it’s all personal prefrence.

Nobody can tell you that. Legally, there’s nothing against it, but it’s up to the two of you to decide whether or not your ages create a level of incompatibility.

Someone who’s 26 and I’m 19 and I can kinda tell the age difference even thou he acts kinda young but I think we dont see things the same n sometimes we don’t get eachother…. N when I had a bf my age it just worked alot better I’m not saying the age will get in your way cuz every relationships different
