6 wk shitzue

I just got a shitzue he is about 6wks old now ,he got his shot a day after I brought him home,I got him before his teeth were completly in .I was told by someone who has the mother to give pet milk mixed half and halk\f with water and someone else told me give him soft dog food.when I first brought him home I gave him the milk maybe twice then I start ed with the soft pedegree puppy food. and for two days now he has been vomiting. Do I do something wrong and how can I help him feel better?

I’m with Harley on this one…

However, get him OFF the mild and canned food. Get some puppy chow, soak it in warm water to soften it…canned food is too rich and not nutricious…Milk is upsetting to tummy’s.

If his teeth aren’t in all the way, then he isn’t 6 weeks old…Vomiting should tell you that what you’re putting in his stomach isn’t agreeing…now go get some kibble.

FIRST YOU DID NOTHING WRONG, THE BREEDER SHOULD HAVE NEVER ALLOWED THIS PUP TO GO TO IT’S NEW HOME YET Second you need to call your vet and ask them what you should do and what you should feed this little guy. if he does not get enough food he could crash fast. OR call the breeder and tell her she can take the dog back until he is weened and has teeth and ready to come back to you. Now the vaccines could also make them feel a little Lethargic for a little bit but it sounds like this could be more then that.
