60-70 pounds in 15 weeks (2 months and 3 week)

ok im 14 years old and I weigh 208 around that and im 5’6ft tall. I wanna lose 60 to 70 pounds in 15 weeks. im trying to get to 130 because my weigh is restricting what I can do gymnastics wise and fleixiblity. im a very good contortionist but I want more. Also I dont feel like a girl anymore because I hate my body. im planning to lose this weight by working out everyday and going to marching band practice in the summer. I wanna lose it before school starts up again so when I walk into the school I feel like a new person in a new year. if I lose 4 pounds a week I should make it. . . . do you think its possible? am I wrong for wanting this?

poptarts are NOT food it actually acts as poison in our bodies, the over processing of food strips away its nutrients then the manufactures add vitamins back to justify feeding us crap. really what you need to do is look into childhood diabetes what happens to your body and what you’ll have to do to actually live for the rest of your life. also your parents really need to buy GOOD food and learn how to live outside the white trash menu. I truly wish you luck because if you dont change your diet you WILL die a lot sooner in life. you also will be so much happier mentally & physically if you eat healthy.

I weigh the exact same, im 13, and im 5’6”!!! I want to get to the same weight also for the same reasons…I dont know how going about it, I try and try but whenever I do it gets deppressing so I end up gaining weight!

One pound /week is recommended but 2 pounds/week is still safe. Anything more than that and you’re putting yourself at risk. But, in my opinion from what I’ve read, losing weight too fast is also bad because you are more likely to gain it back later.

If you lost 30 lbs in 15 weeks, I think friends would be very impressed, and then lost another 30 in another 15 weeks, that would be great, awesome, and you’d get lots of support from friends.

I know this sounds nasty, but you can make a smoothie with frozen fruit, Spinach bananas and also organic golden flax seed. you will barely taste the spinach. but three handfuls spinach a cup of fruit half a handful of seed and a whole banana blend till smoothie texture and enjoy. its extremely helathy for you. and will fill you up as much as a full meal, if you didnt know it spinach has as much protein as meat does. it will help you lose weight. -Cdeep

lol yea. . . like im tired of just being so . . big I mean I wanna be able to walk in stores and be able to pick up anything I wanna buy instead of saying oh I cant fit this they dont have my size, and I have broad shoulders that look so manly it disgust me that I let myself get this way. I want the next three years of high school to walk down the halls and he stared at by guys even though ill always pick the band geek over the popular boy. . . . I just want a life where I can feel free =) I’ve said I was gonna do this for years but I think now is my changing point. . . I started my diet today, so far all I’ve ate was 2 poptarts and lettuce and tiny pieces of chicken

It could be very possilbe actually my friend lost 54 lbs in 3.5 months, but the its pretty extreme, ya know really small snacks over the course of the day, enough just to keep you energy..the key is to EAT when you are hungry, eat slow and stop when your not…well thats what she did…lol and she ran like 8 miles every day, did tons of pilates videos and just stayed outfdoors…she looks really good now but it is possible…and your not wrong for wantiong this at all, as long as its for YOU, and it seems ,like it is so I say GO FOR IT. even if you dont reach your goal, at least you’ll still lose weight…just remember its always hard at first, stick with it, and good luck! fun mail me if you need anything else!
