I would suggest using a mattress protector but not diapers so she feels uncomfortable when she wets the bed, and rewarding her when she doesnt. I dont think its a good idea to make her feel bad about it. Its fairly normal for a child that age to wet the bed. Children have to learn to control their bladder, and the last phase (and hardest phase) is doing it unconsciously, eg at night while they are asleep
send the kid to potty directly before bedtime.
do not let her drink anything 1/2 hour before bedtime - that is approximately the time that a glass of water needs to get from drink to bladder in a kid.
put a thick waxed cotton cloth under her sheets (like those you get in home health care shops). so if an "accident" happens, you can just wash the sheets and it won't go into the mattress.
Every child is differant. Some kids can wet the bed until they are ten. As long as this isn't an all day thing and she only wears them at night there is no issue. On mornings when she is dry congradulate her or give her a special prize and show how proud you are of her. The top person gave some great points also.
ik wat u saying i got a nephew who wont stop using the bottle but u gota be tuff with them start buying her underwear for she can get use to it that wat im doing to my nephew and get a small potty for she can learn how to use the bathroom
Give her Dora panties and tell her if she pees, Dora will know. One of my teachers did this with her daughter and it worked haha. You have to be very firm with your daughter.
Ill be trying this tonight & I guess ill jst let her pee in bed tell she gets the hint of it thnkx :)
You have tried to embarrass her? Seriously? Do you want her to have self esteem issues?
