im flat without a paddded bra it is very depressin please help me how can I get bigger boobs naturally?

You are lucky. You cannot judge a woman by her boobs, unless you are a also a boob. Or, how about when you are older and they are down to your navel.

im only 13 and ima C cup I wished I was flat chested so I can play volleyball because whenever I jump to hit the ball it always jiggles and moves up and down and all the boys stare at me

you should be happy with what you have

or if not

get implants or gain some weight, get the boobs then lose the pounds

you can try to use birth control. the extra hormones will enlarge your breasts. I went from a C to a DD in only a few months. I’m also 23. I was on Nicon 777.
