How can I lose weight if they are watching me?

I’m 13 i wanna lose weight FAST i dont consider myself anorexic but everyone else does so i guess i am. I’m 5’4” and 100 lbs 12 ounces. i just wanna drop down to 94. I’m OBSESSED with what i eat. I can go two days on nothing but a cup of coffee each day, but my friends and family are totally on to me they wont let me out of their SIGHT at meals and make sure i finish everything i know they’re doing it 4 my own good but the food’s DISGUSTING!!! how can i lose weight if ppl are always watching me???

if you keep doing what you doing your going to look like Nicole Richie. Your family is always on your back Because they are worried and they care. If you want a good body just EAT RIGHT and excercise its not that hard.

All I got to say is be who you are. people will like you no matter what you look like. Whight is just a number don’t let it make you different!
