Yes. If it is being dropped, and not removed, then it still works. Plus, you only need ONE functioning testicle to be able to have kids. Don’t worry. You will be fine.

if it is due to blocked arteries then angioprem can make some difference if its tumor or any other kind of disease then there are no other options remains other than amputation
