Well they have dog training kits, but what we did with our German Shephards was get a training collar from tractor supply (it has little dull spike type things that when you tug on the leash, they press into the dogs neck causing it to pay attention) sounds harsh but it doesn’t hurt them. Start walking and keep a tight leash at first and when they try to run ahead, tug firmly on it with a strong command of “No” or “Heel”. It takes some time but eventually it works :)
