zits pimples what are they hellppp!

I have big red bloches on my forehead and they wont go away I wash my face every nite and use some pimple stuff in the shower and they just wont go away ughhh I need to get rid of them before my birthday which is in 6 days help fast plzzz what are they and on other parts of my face like cheeks and chin and fore head hellppp???!!!

are they raised bumps?

if so most likely pimples. the stuff your using might be making your face worse I use this stuff called “California Baby” and its a liquid soap with no fragrence. its actually like organic I got mine at target. $9.00 then I use a soap after that called “Panoxel 10” I got it at walmart. $6.00

my skin is pretty clear. granted I get a zit or two every month or so but its around that time…
