could be it just doesnt support support online video streaming
It’s somewhere in settings, you have to change some settings. Try searching in YouTube cos it helped with my lg Renoir.
Well from what I have had experience with, it has to do with your phone in general. Some phones can’t support online videos. If you have a phone with Straight Talk the first phones that came out do not support videos online. There is a new model that they came out with and that one does. It is mostly only smart phones that support online videos.
