My dog just came into puberity, should she loose all her vitality and how long does it last?
No, she shouldn’t lose her energy when she comes into heat…(is that what you mean by puberty?)…While you at the Vet, getting her spayed, maybe have a wellness check and see why she doesn’t have any energy.

First of all this is called nature, a female animal will go into heat and then a male animal will mate with them to reproduce, NOT for pleasure, Please get your dog spayed, there is enough unwanted dogs at shelters, pounds, and rescues all over the world.
