Xray while pregnant

Im about 6 1/2 weeks pregnant I was at the dentist today and they had to take an xray. What could this do to the baby. Is he/she okay? Please help.

You really should of told them that you were pregnant. Go to your doctor to check.

belive it or not x-rays are very dangerous but the baby should be fine

In general it’s okay to have an x-ray while pregnant depending on the circumstances. It’s up to you to tell them you’re pregnant though so they can give you any further information about it.

They should have did an ultra sound instead because I do think that and X-ray can harm the baby,tell the doctor office about this.
