Wot to drink instead of fizzy drinks???

wot drink are healthy but nice? because at the moment all I drink is fizzy drinks and I know they are unhealthy but they are so easy because you drink them out the bottle, easy peasy, and because I cant find anything I wouls rather drink because they are so nice!

Just start drinking one pop a day, and the rest of the time drink something healthy. One a day is not bad for you.

Stop drinking fizzy drinks for two months. Whenever you catch yourself craving for one, go do something else. When the two months are up and you taste a fizzy drink, quite seriously, you will find them disgusting.

I currently quite fizzy drinks..(2 weeks ago) and my health has improved wayyy…I make my own homemade smoothies…banana..strawberries…peaches…mixing everything…but mostly I like to buy normsl fruit juice or fruitshoots or volvic flavoured drinks…try everything you see in shops and stores, and when you find ‘da perfect’ then you can stack your whole fridge with it… good luckkk…I know how hard it is to quite…

Let me just explain something to you- if you have fizzy drinks in moderation, it’s not all that bad for you.

Yes, they are sugary, but fruit juice is no better really. Fructose is a form of sugar, just like glucose, and as most fruit juices are made up from concentrates, there is often sugar added to those anyway. Too many people are fooled into thinking it’s healthy because it’s made with fruit. Most of the time, they’re no better than having a soda.

You can always dilute juice or something like Kool-aid if you’re worried about all the sugar you’re consuming. Water and milk are promoted as good options for children and it’s similar for adults.
