Who has tried the workout system called "P90X"?

If So Would You Recommend It To Others?

i definitely would. i tried it for about 2 months and lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks. but, only drink water, no pop or anything and eat healthy and you will loose wright FAST . but, think about it because it it VERY hard.

I’ve LOVE to try that workout, but with my disability and all and all the entence stuff they do, I ain’t sure, I’ll be able to do it. But, one of these days… I don’t know, I may try it. Just not right now. LOL!

I have it, and lemme tell you something. Best. Workout. Ever. You never get bored, because its always swapping your routines around. Tony, the guy who trains you through it, is very funny and charming and pushy, and its almost as if his right next to you telling you to run faster, push harder and breath. You could stick to their diet, but I had my binges on weekends, I just cut out some carbs, because I wasnt working that much enegry out everyday. But you have to try it. You’ll be toned in 90 days, promise!

I havnt tried P90X but I do the Insanity Workouts, they are a Team BeachBody thing too, and they work in 60 days or less. They are really difficult (I hear harder than P90X) but they get the results and they get them quick. I like them because the moves are not complicated and you work with your body for results, not machines and you can make it work in a small place
