Workout and diet

I am constantly working out all day (im on summer break). My body isnt fat or anything but I would like it to be more toned and I want some more definition in my abs and arms. But I take birth control for my acne and it makes me gain like crazyyy. What are some workouts or workout videos that really tone you up?

Since you are already working out tons, I would say you just need to manage your diet a little better, expecially considering you are on birth control. Don’t eat any simple carbs (like sugary foods, cake, ice cream, cookies). Try to keep your carbs in check and continue doing heavy cardio. Besides that I would recommend drinking lots of water, you probably have a lot of water weight on you due to the pill, therefore drinking excess water will drive it out of you (either that or buy a couple of over the counter water pills)

you might want to consider changing your BC pills.. for instance, there’s one called Jasmin that normally makes me gain weight. But I started on Loestrin 24 and it does the opposite.

Try changing your birth control, see your obgyn.

I agree with the drinking lots of water and watching your diet. Also, it depends on what kind of working out you are doing.
