Hi, what kind of workouts should a girl do to be a wwe diva. I want strength but not huge muscle…think maria kanellis and kelly kelly. What do you think their main diets are?

well you need a lot.

  1. you need to do a lot of cardio workout.
  2. you need alite weight workout. 3.you must be fighting fit, walking fit, and running fit. you must take into considerasion that they do that for a living, so they spend a lot of time in the gum. most of them spend upto 6hrs a day in the gum. if you want to become a wresting diva it would be adviseble to take up martail arts.that will help keep you in shape aswell…
