Can a woman of above 30 years old start learning muscle art like karate?

yes, you definitely can if you are above 30. In fact you can start at any age. This is provided you have a good instructer who is aware of any limitations/health issues you may have. But it is never too late to start with exercise like that, it can really benefit you and keep you younger for longer.

But of course!! I workout to boycombat and bodypump at golds gym and it gives me so much energy.. It helps me keep up with the kiddos!! An I have alot of my plate so kicking put really destresses me out!

definitely! theres a place in saint paul or minneapolis called the martial arts center, i think, and the sense (teacher) there teaches classes for all ages and she does summer camps for kids too, sometimes she brings in some friends that are really good at karate

Yes you can, I have met people way older than that doing it and they manage just fine and it’s also good to keep you in shape and all that.
