Why wont my chiuahua eat to feed her puppies?
My chiwahua had pups 3 days ago but now shes not eating what to do?
my chihuahua had puppies 2 months ago and many litters before that it is perfectly normal for her not to eat sometimes she is still over protective of her puppies give her sometime she will get up when she is secure enough to leave her babies you could also put a small bowl of food and water next to her and the puppies just to make it easier for her
I think putting her food and water closer is a good idea, too…like just outside the whelping box. If she continues to not eat, then I’d get her to the Vet…to make sure all is well with her. You don’t want to lose her to something simple to cure.
