It’s the other way around. USA has an embargo on Cuba. We don’t allow ourselves to cross the border.

America has this issue with Cuba and the fact that it’s a Communist country. That’s why there’s this big deal with Cuban cigars. Some people say “Oh, it’s because they’ve got weed in them.” No, it’s just because they’re a Communist country.
Now that they’ve had a change in management (per se) we’re a little more open to discussion because this new guy has lifted a few bans that have been in place for a long time. Hopefully this is one of those changes Obama was talking about! 8D
