Why sugar???

Okay I have a killer sweet tooth I mean KILLER lol it’s like the only thing I eat it’s the only thing I want!!! when ever I am at a party or anything I go strait for the dessert table and that’s all I have. AND I HATE IT well not the food but all the sugar!!! It’s sooo unheathy!!! And it makes me like really shakey and bouncey in class and at home so I am doing track to try to burn off all the energy haha it works!!! Anyway does any body have any tips on how I can eat less or what ever that would be great thanks!!!

Try finding something on the more healthy side whenever I CRAVE sugar I go for apples dipped in carmel, strawberries in homemade whipped cream, home made smoothies, even sweet fruits. It really helps a lot and it’s no where near as unhealthy :D

I have a najor sweet tooth 2 like I was on a 3 hour drive and I ate the whole way there and the whole way back so I tried eating apples or something when I got back maybe youcan try it tell me how it goes good luck

if you live in New England Try munching on Elizabeth Cream Bars, they contain NO SUGAR, NO FAT, and only nutrients. Or Lauren Creeks. Same thing. SO GOOD! they taste like the most sugary crap that would have the most sugar in the world but they make you even lose weight!!
