When ice cream is supposed to be sugar free why does the container say there is sugar
I haven't seen a sugar free ice cream but I have seen "no sugar added" ice cream. The difference being that there is sugar that is naturally in some of the ingredients, they just don't add more of it.
Hmm
Does it say sucralose (splenda) or sacchrin (sweet and low) or aspartame (equal)? If so, those aren't real sugars, they are fake and are artificial sweeteners.
