Why my girlfriend disappoint me always?

I have a girlfriend and we are having problem now the reason is she never listen to me and do whatever she want, recently she went to late night party with her male friend and she was drunk,even now she is staying with her guys friends(4 of them and she a girl alone) so I told her to go back to her hostel but she did’nt listen to me thats why I did’nt call speak to her anymore and she did’nt call me either,I know she loves me but why she doing things which I don’t like? What should I do?
