Why isnt he texting me back?

Ok so theres this lad and in the last month or so we’ve became very close like talking on the phone and all every night and e told me he loved me and all and I said it back and I meet up with him in person last week and e z e fancied me and al was grand the lasdt few ayd es acting very off like e gets into moods and al but then tonight when I was on the phone to him e was like oh are we going out and I was just like no I dont think so like and he was like well its like we are but we havent kiss each other yet and all so that was grand we were just talking about something else and all then he said to e like if we kiss does that mean were going out and I was like I dunno I didnt really no what to say I dont know whats wrong with him today or yesterday hes acting in a very weird mood like being very off and with me then when I was on the phone to him he said oh why dont you ever get mad at me and all this then I was talking to hiim and I had to go and e was like oh yeah say it like because we always say we love each other when were hanging up but then I said it and was like messin sayin so you nt gonna say it backden e was like I dunno if I do though and al this like hes acting like he really wants to be with me at one stage then the next hes acting like he dont want me near him.. one of the girls said its to do with him not have kissed a girl yet I dont know though?? I really need help QUICK and I cant talk to my closest friends cause there all his good friends too but now hes not texting me back at al :( I dont know why but when e doesnt text back I instantly start panicing why do you think that is?
