Why is my 19 year old boyfriend acting like hes 5???

I have been with him for 2 years…the problem is that he complains about everything, hes always sick, hes always in pain, he cant even keep his room clean for a day, and he sucks his finger!! Hes like a momas boy…he acts like a 5 year old and its so annoying…he wasnt like this before I dont know what to do I tried talking to him and nothing =[
