Maybe if I knew why my dad and brother get so angry I could try and fic it!!! My mom wants them to go to counselling, but their not going to like that! How can they calm their anger of the littlest things??? My grampa passed it down to my dad and my dad passed it down to my brother! They will punch walls and scream fuc*!!! And get so mad!!! My mom says she is starting to see it in me... What should we do?
Ephesians 4:31,32 get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. these are tough words but you see God doesn't stand for it. Your Father and Brother need to ask for forgiveness from eachother. Pray for them. The sins of the father are passed down to the sons. (Grampa) James 1:19,20 My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires. God is the only answer. Pray and ask Mom to join in.
all you have to do iz figure out what is causing the anger. what triggers it. then you have to find ways to avoid those triggers and if something is set off...find the quickest way to get ahold of yourself. this should work. take a walk. run. even start lifting weights. talk to someone about it. everyone can do this
I agree, prayer can definitely change things - also you might consider an Anger Management Counselor before things escalate...all of you are in my thoughts and prayers.
