Why I'm devastated with getting a dentention?

Ok yesterday I got a dentention, for monday but this teacher on purpose made it so I miss soccer training for my year at school,I can’t be picked for the next match so mean she knows I much I like playing soccer!I been soo angry and upset that I can’t play,so all today I’ve been thinking how I can get my revenge on her,my friends say I should make her life hell by acting up and messing about in her class all the time, will this be a good thing to get my own back at her?

Answer #1

I agree with ichibanarky…I guess maturity has it’s rewards. We’d both be playing soccor the following week and you’ll still be in detention.

Ya got detention for a misdeed…own up to it, accept this small punishment, and get on with your life.

yeah cambei agree with you I got stand up for myself, and get my own back on this teacher I think a prank might be a better way, rather then acting up,can anyone think of some good pranks to get my own back on her ?

Answer #3

Well they do have a point… Maybe you could maturely stand up for yourself and tell your teacher you thought it was unfair, versus a prank. You have to speak the teacher’s ‘’language’’ now and show her everything in a way that she would understand. She would just see a prank as something cruel, ridiculous, and immature. She wouldn’t feel hurt from it and I bet she would give you detention again. So just talk to her first :) That’s something more direct anyways and requires more bravery I think. Funmail me if you want help with making your mini-speech. Ha I was in debate class last year and I write a lot so I think I could come up with something, if you can’t :)

Answer #4

No you should do something more subtle. Plus if you act up wouldn’t you just get detention again? Come up with some sneaky idea with your friends, and make it something that lasts a while. Honestly, for that kind of prank my mind is a blank. Good luck though! I also want to say how annoying ichibanarky is with THAT answer -_-. Good lord stand up for what you believe in no matter who is against you and no matter how many people are against you!

Answer #5

Playing sports is a privilege…of course your teacher would make it so you miss your practice - you need to learn what your priorities are, and what you stand to lose if you don’t improve your behaviour.

Do you really think ‘getting back’ at your teacher is going to make your life easier?

You might as well give up soccer entirely as well as any other extra curricular activities you may be involved in, because the point of the detention was to teach you a lesson, and you obviously haven’t learned it.
