I have diarrhea when I have ice cream or milk. Well mostly if I have milk

You could be lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy.

Most human beings loose the ability to digest lactose after young childhood. There is a gene mutation that allows people who have it to digest lactose their entire life. In populations with a long history of dairy consumption most people have this gene mutation; in populations where dairy has not traditionally been consumed few people have the gene mutation to allow them to digest lactose as adults.

Most Caucasians have this gene mutation and can digest lactose their entire life while most Africans and Asians do not have it and are lactose intolerant as adults.
