Is it normal for masturbation to hurt?

I’ve done it ever since I was 12, usually it doesn’t really hurt…I haven’t done it in a while and when I did this time I got a sore vagina, it burns and it’s painful, have I done something wrong to it? Is it normal to hurt after you masturbate? I have never had sexual intercourse with anyone.

It’s possible that you may have a yeast infection. That would make your vagina itchy and painful. One of many ways to get an infection is if you touch it without having washed your hands first. You can get a creme for that at the pharmacy, Miconasole or something similar, that will take care of it. In the future, you should be careful and keep a strict hygiene down there - you know, frequent showers, changing underwear, washing hands before masturbating, and so on.
