that is not normal that hapened to a friend of mine and he consulted a doctor and they had 2 gt an operation and his testicles were removed because the doctor said they were poisoned and your case sounds similar

maybe you are being a lil rough with yourself, ive heard of this happening, but if its happening everytime you masterbate id recommend talking to your doctor about it just in case, just to make sure everything is ok.
