Well its like when we first have sex theres this thing that like breaks which might cause it to bleed. So yeah, I dont really masturbate but I know that at the opening of the vagina your hymen gets broken, but some girls could have allready have theirs broken by gymnastics, horseback riding etc. hope this helped!
