Why does it hurt on my lower back?

K umm thers this pain on my lower back like right in between well my butt lol well not in between more above like right when the crease of your butt starts its very painful and its not letting me stand. well I can stand but it makes it uncomftorable. any suggestions on how to remedy this pain?

If it is on the skin it could be a skin infection, it goes away if it is practically not washed,, and not advisable to take baths or showers, wipe with a cloth or sponge instead. But it is not guaranteed it goes away. It can be from sitting on bad seats, one needs straight better chairs. Or you could have lifted something, then you should lie horizontal, it gets better after a few weeks. Or you could have an inner inflammation of the digestive tract, not eating and eating only natural yogurt helps, there is a concentrated Mongolian yogurt called tarag which is excellent, but this is not available in the USA I think. You could even have eaten something which lodged in the digestive tract. Eating much biscuits can help to dislodge fishbones but it is not help. It can also come from scratching with dirty fingers, good then to wash with mild soap foam and l-I-t-t-l-e water

Lie down for a while, massage it and maybe don’t cause any stress on it.
