Why does he tease me?

ok I have this guy friend. hes in my karate class, its lotsa fun…and im 99.9999999999999…etc % sure he likes me…ok im posotive, and at school (we are having spirit week, he saw me in a really nice out fit, and he came to the room I was sitting in and was like wow (u know all shocked and stuff) and he was so nice, in school hes nice and he flirts and even gets jelous when he passes by me and my other guy friend talking…he really likes me…but when I went to class tonite, he teased me all nite, he always does that, he likes to see me angry (even tho I wasnt truely angry if I was angry I would have probly kill him, lol) but I dont get it…y does he tease me…I know he likes me…and I know that he does it because he likes me…but why does he do it?…whats the deeper meaning?…whats he trying to do?…whats it mean?
