My friends tease me because of who I love

I get teased sometimes because my 2 friends and I love hsm and zac efron what do I do?

Furthermore, they may be thinking that you mean love in a different way. Obviously you are not ‘in love’ with Zac Efron, but if they think that’s what you mean, then I could understand why they’d think it was odd, lol. As for High School Musical… It’s one of those films that you either love or you hate and so if you talk about it a lot to people who don’t share your ‘thumbs-up’ opinion, then obviously you will get some negative responses. It would be better for you to like High School Musical and Zac Efron, but not tell them about it I guess, lol.

Stop talking about both. Stop talking about how much you love HSM. Stop talking about Zac Efron. It is obvious that it isn’t socially acceptable to like that stuff. You can like all of it, but just don’t talk about it.

Ignore them or tell them if they don’t like them, that’s okay, but they shouldn’t be dumb about it.
