Why does almost everyone say that I am fat and ugly?

When I was in high school, I was chunky, and not really pretty. I grew up in Daytona Beach, so if you weren’t blonde and didn’t look good in a bikini, you were worthless to the “cool” people. The guys practicing football would bark at me when I was in my phys ed uniform. Talk about feeling fat and ugly! But I had amazing friends. We laughed and cried together. We were nice to everyone, even the mean people. If being cool meant being mean, I would rather be a geek and if they think I’m fat and ugly, they are closed-minded and ignorant. You are way too good for them, so ignore them. They’ll find someone else to rag on, because that’s the only way they feel good about themselves - stepping on other people to feel like they’re better. Remember that true beauty isn’t just the size of your jeans or if you look like Heidi Klum or Gwen Stefani or Amy Winehouse (who, by the way, isn’t gorgeous…). It is the heart you have, the love you give, the caring you share. You are the only one of you God made, which makes you priceless and precious. You just be you and feel sorry for the stupid people who have fun hurting others. How miserable must their lives be? Stand strong, believe in who you are and forget them. They aren’t worth your time, because you are better than that. I hope this helps.

People make fun of others because they are insecure about themselves. Putting other people down makes them feel better.

wow!! you must be the type of person that either gives in easy or take what people say serious!!! Ok so you say your not fat and that’s great!! No about your ugliness!! people you have that are with you praboble don’t think your ugly, so who cares if people say your ugly!! The people the suround you and are nice to you are your true friends!!

they have nothing better to or they put somone down to make them look cool or feel better about themselves if you got a good personality you don’t need to be pretty your personality makes the person you could look like colin farell or jessica simpson but have the worst personality that makes the most gorgeous person be so ugly
