Why do you favoritize "" verse in the bible?

I LOVE John 3:16. Yeah. It’s super common and all. “For God so loved the world, He gave His one and only Son. For whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but live eternal life.” Doesn’t it basically speak for itself!? It’s helped me so much. And it was one of my first bible verses memorized. It’s helped me, because. Well. How could it not? Aha. x] Anyways… I mean… Think about the words. He so loved the world. Gave His one and only Son. Whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but live eternal life. Eternal life. Grasp that. Can you? I can’t even imagine. And because He loved us so, He sacrificed His ONE AND ONLY SON. Wow. Would you sacrifice your one and only kid for the world? For the sinners who don’t even deserve it? The Lord is amazing. And He is Love.

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, for whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life.”

It reminds me that God will always be their for us, evem when times are hard.

Genesis 6:4

“The Nephilim were on the earth in those days–and also afterward–when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.”

Most overlooked verse in the Bible…maybe because giant-on-human or angel-on-human sex doesn’t strike many pastors as good sermon material.

Sorry. Thought you meant me, and that would be typical for most christian people to “Cheer you up” with some stuff from the bible, if you know what I mean.

Kings 2:23-24

Any God who orders a bear hit on some rowdy teens is a God I can get behind.

Also, another one is Job 23:10. “For he knows the path I take. And when He has put me to the test, I will come out as pure as gold.” I like that one because it’s quite encouraging. I remember that verse whenever I feel like a situation is overwhelming to me, and I want to just give up. I hope that it can help uplift you, too!

“create in me a clean heart oh god and renew a right spirt within me” not sure what verse but I remember it and looove it!
