I don’t get it you guys (saying as people) say that you love like your god told you to but you are still hateing on us and saying that we are worshiping satan which in reality isn’t true you just say that so your family memebers won’t turn to us when you don’t give them answers And I am truelly sorry for the christians who don’t feel this way about us. goddess bless thee, witchskully

Answer #1

wiccans have a god named they horned god some christians think they are talking about the devil so they think they worship the devil

Answer #2

I do not believe what you believe is right, but that does not mean that I hate you. It’s not like I’m going to rub anything in your face.

Answer #3

People are afraid of what they don’t understand.

My mother is a Christian, so you can imagine what she was thinking when my sister told her she was Wiccan.

Well, after taking the time to teach my mother about the religion, it was all good…

It’s all a matter of understanding.

Answer #4

Stephanieg, you are the stereotype of a christian trying to shove your religion down our throats and trying to convert us. Stop it. People will not convert if they do not believe. And as for etyhvh, continue to serve your lord if it brings you peace. And you give bible verses for us to read to try and convince us your lord loves everyone and hates no one. Tell me, why then in the bible does it say Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live? And here people is your answer. The church commanded us evil and of the devil and of course its loyal followers believed for if they did not they would be going against the church and therefore against god and like all people with a survival instinct they did not want to go to hell and suffer. I am a witch and proud of it, do not try to tell me I know nothing of christianity because I am an ex christian. And it would be oh so christian of you to tell me I am wrong and I follow the devil when truly in my religion there is no devil and no hell.

Answer #5

People fear what they don’t understand. some of my Christian brothers and sisters would say that ALL WICCANS ARE EVIL! When that’s simply not true. Wicca is a beautiful religion. But people don’t understand or even try to understand. That’s why.

Answer #6

They judge because they don’t know what it is about.

Answer #7

Because those people are hypocrites. im a christian and I except all people the way they are gay, striaght, and anything else.

Answer #8

Because they’re douchebags. Blessed be )O(

Answer #9

If they are truely Christians they DONT hate you. I am a Christian and I though I disagree with your beliefs I do not judge or hate you as a person. I do hope that some day you turn your life over to the Lord Jesus Christ. God Bless. you are in my prayers.

Answer #10

stephanieg sweet heart I don’t care what you think I have been christian before and I have read the bible it controdics it’s self and It didn’t make any sence so I repeat YOU CAN NOT CHANGE MY RELIGION!!! Answer #11

OUCH! … and as for me and my household … we will continue to serve the LORD. No true Christian hates anyone. It’s an oxymoron. A Christian models themselves after Christ Himself. What does the Bible say in it’s own defense? What about other views?

[Even him], whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12

Because those of whom He had knowledge before they came into existence, were marked out by him to be made like his Son, so that he might be the first among a band of brothers. Romans 8:29

This is also why the Bible repeatedly stresses that salvation is wholly God’s work. In Acts 13:48 we read, “And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord; and as many as had been appointed to eternal life believed.”

Acts 16 tells us that Lydia was saved when, “ . . . the Lord opened her heart to respond to the things spoken by Paul.”

Romans 8:29-30 states, “For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the first-born among many brethren; and whom He predestined, these He also called; and whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.”

Ephesians 1:4-5,11 reads, “Just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will . . . also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will.”

Ephesians 2:8 suggests that even our faith is a gift from God.

In 2 Thessalonians 2:13, the apostle Paul tells his readers, “God has chosen you from the beginning for salvation.”

Second Timothy 1:9 informs us that God “has saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus from all eternity.”

Occasionally someone will suggest that God’s election is based on His foreknowledge of certain events. This argument suggests that God simply looks into the future to see who will believe, and He chooses those whom He sees choosing Him. Notice that 1 Peter 1:2 says the elect are chosen “according to the foreknowledge of God the Father,” and Romans 8:29 says, “whom He foreknew, He also predestined.” And if divine foreknowledge simply means God’s knowledge of what will happen in advance, then these arguments may appear to have some weight behind them. This in mind, why should any true Christian hate anybody who was predestined to make the ultimate decision about their own destiny and their personal level of experience with the Creator? What purpose does it serve?

Answer #12

hello, please read my profile so you can know where I am coming from. I want to let you know that God is a loving God yes, but he is disgusted with the sin. If you would read the Bible it is clear what pleasesHim and what does not. true about the “so called christians” not being able to speak or answer questions, but that is because they are not a real christian. a ch will be noticed, or even felt when talked to, because there are no boundries when it comes to Gods power. I can tell you that there is a generation of people who are showing those who have not wanted to stand, how it’s done. I do not hate, but this is a spirit world, and the spirits that control people are felt. including the spirit of religion. so close your ears to what you know is not true, and seriously start to seek Gods truth out girl for yourself and you will find it as I have. feel free to ask me whatever.

Answer #13

stephanieg, really now, it’s really annoying referring everyone to your profile which doesn’t give any answers.

How about stating your arguments or opinions in the questions…then everyone can follow it.

Answer #14

I agree with ifeelcrazy123 on both her comments yes most people who hate wiccans are just not informed, and sometimes even if they are informed they are so closed minded that it doesnt matter what you tell them, they will continue to believe what they want to believe. witchskully just be sure not to forget that there are some nice christians that understand as well. its really hard to remember that and sometimes its hard not to be biased when someone says theyr a christian, im wiccan and when I see someone wearing a cros or something I automatically assume that they would not accept me, but I guess thats kinda “sinking to their level” in some ways. sorry now im rambling, but I guess I just dont want you to lose hope that there might be a good christian out there, because there are. but that doesnt mean let your guard down, because there are those that are misinformed and irritating. anyway, im done rambling now, guess im in a weird mood today haha XD

Answer #15

oh yeah, the biblical god is all loving, but exterminate everyone who may have a different belif The biblical god is all loving but you will burn in hell for your sins if they are not forgiven Worship the biblical god and ignor the scientific facts and reality Become “open minded” and close out every possability other than Christianity and the bible. A book written by ancient dogmatic men. Give me a f*cking break, will ya? I read the bible, that’s why I don’t believe it. Do some research before degrading another religion or claiming it to be sinful. A lot of what YOU practice was reaped from Palolithics and Pagans!

Answer #16

Hello, everyone.

First off, I am a Christian. I have a friend who is Wiccan, and we are good friends. We tolerate one another’s religions, and don’t get into heated debates about it. My point is just because one Christian is one way, it doesn’t mean that the WHOLE CATHOLIC CHURCH is the same way. We are all individuals, and some Christians are more against other religions than others. But it doesn’t mean that everyone in Christianity is the same, somestimes hostile way.

Answer #17

I’ve been studying Wicca (though I am Atheist) and the most popular things that I hear some people (Christian or not) say is that it is based off the occult and that they worship Satanic figures and all of that crap. None of it is true. Wiccans are peaceful people who try not to force their religion down anyone’s throat (for the most part). Some movies and shows and stuff reflect Wicca as occultic and evil, though the pentagram (one Wiccan symbol most of said movies show as an evil sign used for summoning demons) really stands for the four elements and the deity/spirit. They worship the Goddess and God along with other gods (like the ones from Celtic, Welsh, Greek, ect mythology). They are also very feminist (but they do respect men too) which some very sexist people got angry about and started basically spreading rumors about how evil it is. Its all false. Wicca is an extremally tolerable and good religion.
