Why do people make fun of emos?

Well to some people. But I don’t get why they have to be so f*ckin stupid about it. AND come on so strong like that… that’s why I gave it right back to them… lol.

I don’t know why people make fun of emos and goths! I mean come on were frickin’ awesome! We like My Chemical Romance, so we have to be pretty awesome people! There the ones that need to get a life! Lol.

Yeah she is awesome! I miss hanging out with her. I think she’s awesome though. Jackie has really changed but I think in a good way! I like it.

yeah, it’s fine if you want to call yourself emo! I am not very emo, I mostly just wear dark make up and black shirts, i am not going beyond that.

I don’t have real issues like that, I did when I was a freshmen, I almost had a nervous breakdown, but Macy helped me through it as i helped her through hers. We still feel depressed at times, but not so much to cut ourselves. So, what ev, I will be a normal person.

Did you read what I just wrote.? Obviously not. I said, we can be emo if we want, we don’t have to be cutters or suicidal or hate our parents, read everything. You are the one labeling us. That is not what we do, in the girl who posted this case, she doesn’t do that no more. READ! It helps when you don’t know what your talking about.

im not sure exactley but i was kinda emo for a while but once it became a well known steriotype i stoped. thats the problem that i have with it. if your truly miserable u dont go around flaunting it.

Well, I am just beggining in that stage, but I do know someone who was made fun of at my school, she made a big change when she came back in her 7th grade year, she wore darker clothes than she used too, people would say alot of things like nice clothes, whens the freak show or something like that, they stopped doing that when her mother passed away, she is doing fine now, she is one of my friends, not my closest, but we do talk.

People can call themselves what ever they want, I guess I am not that emo, cause I don’t hate my mom, I am not that sad, but I guess I would call myself emo, idk, maybe i am just a punk. what ev. and fuuck you too eye ball 16, u obviously no nothing. I just said I am not that emo and u go on telling people off, u don’t have a right at all, if people want to be emo, let them, don’t challenge, it just pisses people off.

why are you mad at me i was nice about it i stated my opinion thats what she wanted i dont dislike emos i just eventually grew out of it i went threw a really depressing time in my life and i had plenty of breakdowns i even got sent to the hospital twice on 5 day holds and put on antidepression pills. but it made me stronger i realized im not gonna wallow in misery any longer or take the bullshit that ppl have to say to me i dont want to be labled. there are worse problems going on in the world.
