why do people have to do excercise?

why do fat people have to excercise when ever they have time to do it?

Answer #1

To increase your fitness levels, and keep your muscles in good conditions, otherwise your muscles would deteriorate, just like when you break a bone, eg you break your leg, it has to be plastered up for several weeks, and when the plaster is taken off, the muscle is very week, and it is very hard to use your leg, so you have to work on strengthening that muscle.

Muscles also include your heart remember, good fitness= healthy heart.

It is also so that fat can be kept under control, less exercise+ a bad diet= gaining weight!

It also helps prevent a lot of health problems.

And, not only this, but exercise is healthy for your mind, it sends endorfins (not sure how you spell it) round your body, which helps to boost your mood, it can also help you concentrate and it drains any excess energy you might have, so you will feel a lot more relaxed.

So, as you can see, excercise is very important and natural for humans.

Healthy, yes. Your body is meant to be used, not just filled up with food every so often.

It’s not just that you gain weight if you don’t exercise, but your body also loses its ‘fitness’ - your muscles get weak, and you have less stamina.

Look at small children and how it’s natural for them to run around and be active. That’s the way we were meant to be, not seated all day in chairs or sofas.

Answer #3

to keep their cholesterol down, blood pressure good, healthy, so body fat wont increase, to feel better about themselves.

stuff like that.
