why do my breats so bad this month?

Hello this is my first time here and I was wondering if I could get an answer from anyone of you. I’m 22 years old and I am TTC, I have a normal 28 day cycle my last period was Mar,27.09 and I since yesterday I have been feeling very bad pain in my breasts and every time I feel on them they hurt even more in on my ovulating cycle starting today but my breast never hurt at all when I’m gonna ovulate but today its really bad, I have checked myself for Bumps and nothing and I don’t have any fibrosis either or cysts I don’t have insurance I cant even go see a DR. does not anyone have an idea of what could be happening, I’m am also taking prenatal vitamins because my GYN told me that I should take them since I’m TTC. you should just see a dcotor its ver arre but possible that it could be breats cancer or something else dangerouse all you need is money to see a doctor, you dont nessessarily need a health care card and its a small price to pay if it end up saving your life otherwise you could go to the hospital, you you dont really need insurance you just need money
