Why Do I have these chest pain's ? They really hurt ?

I’m 13,When I Take a deep breathe or sneeze,Cough, Yawn,I get this really bad pain in my chest,Please help,

could be you had really bad accid reflex but it most likely is just a cold which is making your chest ache

I used to have chest aches and when I went to the cartiologist he said it was because of what I drink..he asked me about what I eat and drink I said that I love drinking v and eat lots of icecream he said that icecream is a source of junk so it could affect my chest and v is bad fir my heart which could also affect my chest ohh yeah and also if you play any sport like rugby or something it kight be because of the ball hitting your chest …my brother plass rugby and when he comes back home he says his chest is paning ..its because of the ball hitting his chest and at his lvl of rugby he cant wear the special protective gear so I hoped this helped you bye byee make sure you look after your self
