Why do I have smelly clear/milky discharge?

I have recently had sex for the first time, but before that me and my ex were doing stuff, anyway I developed a smell to my vagina, I have had it for nearly 2 months now. Theres no itching involved unless I shave but thats normal when I shave, the smell is really embarrassing and I can tell people are already, my 8 year old cousin recently said, ‘your privates smell’ what do I do? I change my underwear twice a day, im scared to go into another relationship because of it. Im 15 years old and im too shy to goto the doctors, any help and advice is needed. Btw my ex slept with 2 people and never mentioned any std’s is it possible for them to develop through sex?

If you were having unprotected sex, of course STD’s can develop. Now, you may have an STD but it looks more like a bacterial infection. Regardless, you will have to go to a gynecologist and get the proper diagnosis and treatment.
