Well if you have it while masturbating or sex then it might just be your cum but if it’s thick and kind of like cottage cheese then you might have an infection. Other symptoms for the “yeast infection” are itching, burning, discharge like I said, swelling and irritation. If you don’t have any of those then you don’t have anything to worry about, perfectly normal :).
