Why do I get irritated easily?

yea the same thing happens to me…I don’t know I jus have a short temper and hate pertty much anyone I meet unless they are like me…so I don’t know

well to be frankly honest with you , I think its your choice to be irritated as easily and as frequently as you choose to be … you only thing that you are in control of is the way you respond… you can almost always choose not to react to what others do or tell you . event plus responce = what ya get . you choose the way you want to feel . If you dont like the fact people get under you skin perhaps do something different . Now I know this is somthing that is more simply said then done but if you spend more of you time working on it one day at a time then posting you problems on the internet, maby you would a have some better rusults

I think irritation is just a lack of understanding. If you are irritated you dont want to be in that place anymore right? So what if you understood this place that you were in…all the time. You would not be irritated, because you would be content with whatever the world spewed in your face.

Some monks practice this by sitting in front of a wall for 8 hours without blinking. They find that everything in the universe is connected as one single entity, and that the only reason we live is to be full of pleasure. If we have no pleasure, we have no reason to live.

I have anger issues 2. its so random just to lash out at somebody. your not alone. :)

hmmm…I don’t know the same things happen to me…I just its just the way we ar!
